The site of the proposed apartment house is located at the south-eastern edge of the Prague-Satalice district.
The simple four-storey cubic volume is extended in the ground floor to the west by a roof covering the parknig and the entrance space. On the eastern side, on the same level, the enlargement volumes of the outer northern and southern flats, the same as the storage boxes, jut the basic volume into the gardens. Horizontal strips of the black cement-fibre slabs represent a remarkable element on the facade cladded by white cement-fibre slabs.
