The lumber mill area is located south of the centre of Satalice, the former municipality about 10 kilometres far from Prague, nowadays the part of the Prague 9 district. The residential complex is conceived mostly for the living in family houses and apartment buildings, and for the related primary services concentrated in the ground floors of several houses. The emphasis is put on the integration into the existing structure of Satalice and furthermore on creating a diverse range of spaces from public, over semi-public to private.
