The object of the architectural study is the area of the abandoned MILO Olomouc company by the Šantova Street. In the northern part of the area called “The Island” – with a great relation to the historical centre of the city – is proposed a commercial centre with the 35 000 m2 of floor space. Other parts of the architectural study of the abandoned MILO Olomouc are 00094B "The Centre" and 00094C "The Peninsula".
