The urban study is focused on the organisation and regulation of the development in the western part of the town of Šumperk, by the Polní and Zábřežská streets. It defines both the public spaces and the private plots. The area is proposed to be a residential location of family houses with slow traffic service roads and with a park for an everyday relaxation. Besides the majority of individual houses four attached houses are designed to define better the space of the park.
