The development in the eastern end of the village of Křižanovice consists of twelve attached and three detached houses. In the western part of the site there is proposed a nursery school in the connection with the public space of the small sqare serving both the inhabitants of the development and the whole village. All the houses are single storey with flat and shed roofs.
