A vast plot is located in the northern part of the village of Svinošice, 18 km northwest from Brno. Two houses were built simultaneously on a long sloping site oriented towards the southeast: house for the daughter and her family, located in the upper part of the site with a connection to the local road 00048, and the parents’ house, accessible from an access road sloping alongside the fence.
House 02 is a two-floor, partly-cellared family house with 7 rooms and a kitchen, and an integrated double-garage. The nterior space is arranged with respect to distant views of the landscape as well as to the privacy of the inhabitants. The entrance floor is occupied by a generous social zone; the upper floor contains bedrooms with terraces. The basement asserts itself when seen from the garden and serves as a leisure and relaxation zone with access to the exterior terrace. This representative residence allows for the meetings of the large family, friends as well as business partners.
