A vast plot is located in the northern part of the village of Svinošice, 18 km northwest from Brno. Two houses were built simultaneously on a long sloping site oriented towards the southeast: house for the daughter and her family, located in the upper part of the site with a connection to the local road, and the parents’ house 00049, accessible from an access road sloping alongside the fence.
House 01 is a one-floor, partly-cellared family house with 5 rooms and a kitchen, and an integrated garage. The entrance floor is divided into three wings containing the basic functional components of the house – social, leisure and technical, while each volume has a different constructional height and color. The underground part is dedicated to relaxation with a connection to the exterior terrace and garden.
