The two-storey semi basement house with 5 rooms, kitchenette and integrated garage i located in a slightly sloping trapezoidal garden. As for design and material composition, the building is divided into two sections with different functions. The two-story living area is connected to the west wing of the ground floor with the main entrance, garage and “vejminek”. The house is closed to the street and the rooms open up to the garden that is accessible from the house via a partially roofed terrace connected to the main living area.
