The attached house originating in the 20's of the 20th century is located close to the Svitava River and to the ring road. With the purpose of creating the third flat a new penthouse is designed instead of the existing attic. The new roof construction is an elliptical-sectioned shape with dome lights and one truncated cone roof light. Furthermore, the front garden adaption is designed to provide parking places and the main back garden new layout is proposed.
