The house works as a funnel which opens towards the sun. The trapezoidal form of the house is a reaction to the shape and the location of the plot and is applied not only in the floor plan but also in the sections. The shed roof forming thanks to the trapezoidal plan of the house the illusion of a double pitch rises from the northeast to the southwest. Identically the inner space increases from the one-storeyed to the double-storeyed. In the lower part by the main road crossing the village the garage, the entrance and technical spaces are situated, the double-storeyed part comprises all the habitable rooms oriented to the garden. The compact brick volume is cut out on the north side by the porch and on the south by a covered terrace.
