This family house is situated in the historic serial development in Královo Pole with excellent accessibility and public services. The original one-floor house with gabled roof was rebuilt into a three-floor house with separate stairwell, where each floor accommodates one housing unit and these units can be connected or separated according to the needs of the family. The simple cubic form moves back or forth in each floor and thus creates outdoor terraces belonging to the main living space of the flats. The southern facade of the house directly adjoins the street; there is a garden on the north side of the house. The moderate object in white plaster with contrasting fillings is a modern transcription of the traditional city villa.
