The conversion of the four-floor partly-cellared house from the early 20th century included overall renovation of the house, redesigning of the stairway core that connects four residential floors, and creation of a main living area. This one is situated on the existing first subterranean floor and continues to an extension oriented to the garden, which is at the same level and is connected through an outdoor terrace. The approach of the conversion was strongly influenced by the shutdown of “Tišnovka“ railway situated in the close vicinity of the house.
