Competition-winning design – a three-floor sheltered dwelling house based on the trapezoidal shape of the lot. The sheltered court inside is delimited by the residential wing in the north with 34 apartments, a single-floor wing for technology in the west, and a row of storerooms for the individual apartments plus a sheltered sitting area in the south.
