A sports and recreational area is proposed on the uncultivated and rather neglected grounds up the hill from the allotment garden Zavážky in Lysolaje to provide the missing sport facilities and to connect this area to the residential project Zátiší Lysolaje. The grounds are cleared and levelled up to fit a football pitch with facilities, an outdoor pavilion, a dog meadow, a parking lot, an access road, a walkway, and a bike path. In the future the plan is to add a traffic rules playground.
The single storey facility building next to the football pitch has two separate functions: changing rooms and showers take up the larger part and a bistro and public toilets for visitors in the remainder. The flat roof covering the building is a green roof for the most part and the overhang covers an outdoor sitting area. The building’s different functions are signified on the outside by either the cladding with local sports club colors (green and white) or the dark grey stucco.
