A pseudo atrium house on the square plan of 16 × 16 additional lighting provided by a sloping rooflight oriented to the east, connected through a deep loggia with the garden. This simple ground floor building in the growing residential area is enriched by a single pitched roof oriented to the street, as a compliance to the regulation of pitched roofs and at the same time bringing southern light to the childrens’ rooms in the northern part of the house. After a triangular and rectangular plan house it is the third house based on the elementary geometrical shape for the same Slavkov family.
