A slightly sloping triangular site located in the northern peripheral part of the town, offering a beautiful view of its landmarks – the castle and the church. The shape of the site essentially predetermined the basic geometric form of the house, being situated on a ground plan of an orthogonal triangle with the longest side oriented to the southeast, parallel to the road; the shorter sides face a garden composed mainly of full-grown park-like greenery. The inner freely-flowing space is defined by two horizontal levels. Different terraces and loggias enabling maximal connection between the interior and the exterior are defined by seemingly randomly-arranged walls and volumes. The disposition of the house is 5 rooms with a kitchen nook with comfortable facilities, such as two bathrooms, dressing rooms next to the bedrooms, a washroom, or a spacious storage accessible both from the inside and outside.
