The detached house with five rooms and a kitchen is set in natural scenery of Ondavská vrchovina. A road to the north and a forest to the west line an irregular, slightly sloping plot. The building consists of two parts: a two-storey block with a gabled roof, which is coated with split shingles, and a low-rise flat-roofed white plaster section comprising mainly technical facilities. Both parts are slightly angled towards each other; the space between them serves as a funnel-shaped entrance area and a winter garden. The house has a partial basement, the ground floor serves as common living area with a guest room, and the first floor is designed as a private zone with bedrooms.
