This ground-floor detached family house is situated on the southern Brno periphery, in Horní Heršpice. It is located on a long narrow site, slightly descending from a road eastwards. The house is conceived as a white brick prism with generous living space finished with a glass alcove protruding into the garden. The southern and eastern facades with noticeable glassing provide a connection between the interior and the garden, while openings in the northern facade are reduced in order to provide only necessary daylight access. The house is designed as a four-room building with a kitchen and integrated garage, private and social zones are separately accessible from the entrance hall and living spaces are oriented mainly into the greenery. The house is partly cellared.
