The aim of the urban study is to eliminate the lack of parking places in the housing estate while preserving an optimal amount of public spaces, including their functional arrangement. Furthermore, the use of all the areas in the locality and the spatial regulation of the development plots defined by the zoning plan in the north-western part of the locality are designed.
