The aim of the urban study is a complex solution of the locality while creating an appropriate housing district connected to the town system. The design contains particularly a detailed zoning of the large development area intended for housing, based on the determination of the important public spaces serving for the operation in the locality and on the defining of new recreational green areas. The conception of the traffic and technical infrastructure is also included.
