Šumavská Office Center is located in a former gun factory along Botanická Street in Brno, offering almost 17 500 m2 of office space for rent and a self-service canteen adjacent to the entrance hall. The original canteen was redesigned by implementing new flooring, wall paintings and furnishing and remodeling the existing bar.
