Píšť is a small municipality, population of 2 000, in the northeastern border part of Opava region (formerly known as Prajzská) in the middle of a slightly-undulating landscape of Hlučínská pahorkatina. This newly-built family house is located in the northern, newly-developed part of the village and is divided into two independent ground-floor flat-roof objects without cellar. A sheltered garage is placed near the southern edge of the site; the house is oriented towards the garden. A compact volume of the house on a square ground plan is cut through by a covered wind porch and a terrace with connection to the main living space providing an optimal link between the interior and the exterior. The simple white facade is sectioned by a generous glassing together with ceramic tiling on some of the walls. It is a one-generation house with 4 rooms and a kitchen nook, and comfortable background.
